JP Crauford was born out of a need to diversify  our investments. We knew nothing about the flats market, but it seemed like an attractive business, with a monthly income, where it would be possible to make use of my experience in renovations and decoration, with the potential to increase the value of the property and income. We offered our first renovated unit to the "pool" administrator and received a negative answer. Our unit was non-standard according to them, the  standard we set was superior to what they offered and we were declined from joining due to that. Thus was born JP Crauford Hospedagem, the year was 2012.

We spent the next few years gaining experience while we acquired a few more units. And over the years  we were acquiring knowledge and adding improvements to all our units.

Our business model, which until then only served annual customers, generated more profit and loyalty than our competitors. Our dedication, commitment and profitability drew attention and we began to meet a greater demand for renovations, these requests came from units belonging to other owners and residential units as well.  

The time has come to expand our capacity to serve short-term customers. In the years of 2019 / 2020.  We invested in logistics, materials,  equipment, research and consultancy. Ready to announce our services, the pandemic also hit. The world has changed, but JP Crauford  also has, this pandemic only helped us see what our customers really needed.
